Our payments and exchange provider Wyre Payments requires that all members’ IDs on file must be not expired in order to: 

  1. Transfer U.S. dollars from your approved bank account,

  2. Exchange a U.S. dollar to a digital dollar USDC,

  3. Exchange a digital dollar USDC back to a USD, and

  4. Transfer U.S. dollars to your approved bank account.  

If your ID has expired while you are using Linen App, you will not be able to make transfers to and from your bank and will not be able to exchange digital dollar USDC for USD until your unexpired ID is verified with Wyre Payments. If you have supplied digital dollars USDC to the Compound liquidity pool previously, your funds will remain in your self-custody wallet at Linen App.
